Regimentation = Happiness…Joe B.

Think about it, how can you really achieve happiness if you are not regimented? A strong regimen begins every day when you wake up each morning and hopefully take your Joebees to give you the energy, stamina and strength to start your day off right. Exercise is so vital to the “happiness” regimen. No matter what you do, walk, run, play sports, this activity will make your feel good and look good which is so key to your regimentation. This must be practiced at least five times a week including every weekend. Remember, it takes twenty one days to become habit and then part of your regimen. As we say; “do the do”, even if you have to force yourself, you will be a discover what true happiness feels like.
