Should losing weight really be hard?

Why?
The fact of the matter is most people don’t exercise! Period. Look at all the different diet plans and see how many of them combine exercise with their plan. The majority, right?
Well, let’s get active and understand that our body runs much better when you get out and exercise. Whether it is a stroll around the block or down to the end of the street…..it helps. Start with baby steps and gradually move into jogging. You’ll be surprised how good you feel after a few days.
